Scoping and Builder’s Price
Mode is experienced in assessing and scoping damage to both residential and commercial properties. Mode can provide a costing by attending site or we can provide a desktop estimate if we are provided with enough information. We will provide a detailed repair strategy and associated costing which is a builder’s price. Mode will stand behind that price and can arrange for reinstatement if required.
With experienced project managers on board Mode can deliver construction projects both small and large to the agreed time-frames and budget. Mode have delivered projects from the repair of a flooded laundry, to large earthquake and fire reinstatement’s for both residential and commercial properties. We are based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and deliver projects across New Zealand.
Mode has a nationwide supplier network. Mode can undertake construction work both small and large. We are experienced in insurance work but can undertake new construction, reinstatement or maintenance type work.
With experienced in-house consultants Mode can provide building consultancy services for complex situations. This includes design services and the consenting and compliance process.
Mode has an in-house Quantity Surveyor resource and cost managers. We can provide detailed costing breakdowns and tender packages as needed. During construction we undertake contract management and cost control services to ensure the project is brought in on budget and time.
Mode has experienced consultants and licensed building practitioners that can assess the condition of any building and provide detailed reporting.
Mode can review quotes and/or invoices by desktop where there are large variances, or you are unsure if the costs are valid. Mode will review all the information and report back to you whether the costs are fair and reasonable.
