Stephen started working as a Quantity Surveyor in 2011 after graduating with degrees in Construction Technology & Management and honours in Constructions Economics & Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Moving to New Zealand in 2012, he worked for the Canterbury Earthquake Repair Programme before moving to work for Fletchers (EQR) then Kingstons (PQS).

Stephen joined Mode in 2020 using his extensive experience working on residential and commercial earthquake repair to the insurance industry.
