Rashaad started in the insurance industry in 1998, predominately working within the claims and underwriter sectors.

Rashaad joined Mode in 2021 as Consultancy Coordinator before moving into the role of ModeConnect Team Leader overseeing the nationwide trade network.

Complementing his claims knowledge, Rashaad has experience in leading teams, training, coaching and administration.
