Originally from the UK, Jim started as an estimator in 2003 working on primarily residential projects before moving to quantity surveying in 2008.

Working with a construction company on a variety of residential and commercial projects for 2 years before working across Asia and Australia.

Jim moved to New Zealand in 2015, gaining experience auditing, reporting and estimating on earthquake related projects. He has extensive experience working with insurance companies, EQC and contractors before joining Mode in 2021.
